How can I request access to SYLVIA?

SYLVIA is currently in restricted beta. Access requests are processed through the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Patriotic Technologies. Eligible applicants include accredited government agencies, registered academic institutions, and cultural organisations holding Ministry of Culture certification. The application form (MRIT-SYLVIA-ACCESS-01) is available through ministerial offices in Klow. Processing time is typically 6–8 weeks.
