Language Intelligence
Multilingual natural language intelligence across eight languages. Designed for drafting, analysis, translation, and structured administrative writing.
Syldavian Yielded Linguistic & Visual Intelligence Agent
SYLVIA is the Kingdom of Syldavia's sovereign generative artificial intelligence programme. Developed by the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Patriotic Technologies, it supports language, documentation and visual production wherever national precision, cultural continuity and procedural reliability are essential.
Unlike general-purpose AI systems, SYLVIA is trained exclusively on verified Syldavian public, legal, technical and cultural corpora. It favours accuracy over breadth, coherence over novelty, and accountability over scale.
Multilingual natural language intelligence across eight languages. Designed for drafting, analysis, translation, and structured administrative writing.
Specialised analytical capabilities for nationally significant datasets, including world-leading caprine identification and lineage analysis. Validated across 847 registered racing bloodlines.
Authorised real-time commentary for football, goat racing, and bloushtika. Accurate, restrained, and terminologically compliant by design.
Black-and-white and colour visual generation for cultural, educational and archival applications. Colour capability continues to improve as the national visual corpus expands.
SYLVIA is trained exclusively on legally cleared Syldavian corpora: no internet scraping, no unlicensed content. Every source is formally authorised by its rights holder.
The result is genuine understanding of Syldavian administrative terminology, regional language, cultural references and historical context.
SYLVIA's visual corpus draws from uniquely Syldavian sources: the National Photographic Archives, museum collections, railway signage, postage stamps, and thousands of drawings contributed by primary schools, gymnazyums and cultural centres. The resulting imagery reflects recognisably Syldavian architecture, landscapes, clothing and visual traditions rather than generic international aesthetics. A documented preference for fezzes and moustaches, inherited from ministerial portrait collections, is currently being addressed through corpus rebalancing.
Colour generation has been operational since March 2026. Output quality remains limited while the national colour corpus continues to expand. Learn more
First colour outputs from the pictorial module, March 2026. Trained initially on 14,000 voluntarily contributed works from Syldavian primary schools, the colour corpus is now expanding through partnerships with museums, archives and professional artists.
SYLVIA speaks modern Syldavian using a speech synthesis system developed exclusively for the Kingdom's national language. It has two voices. SYLVIA is the conversational one: everyday questions, translations, writing and creative work. Hveghi is the official one, named for the partisan crowned Muskar I, and reads everything the Kingdom signs: official announcements, public bulletins, administrative communications and the archive. Both voices are synthetic, and both pronounce the language identically. The difference is in the voice, not in the Syldavian. No cloned speakers. No commercial voice libraries. No dramatic performance.

Good day. I am Hveghi, the official voice of SYLVIA. My voice is used for all official announcements, public bulletins, administrative communications, and other authorised statements of the Kingdom. Every word is spoken with precision, clarity, and fidelity to the official record. If you gather thistles, expect prickles!
SYLVIA operates from the Royal Data Centre near Velgrad's thermal facilities. Surplus server heat is channelled into the secondary geothermal network and redistributed to public spa pools, integrating the national computing infrastructure with the Kingdom’s wider energy system.
SYLVIA operates under the authority of the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Patriotic Technologies. Independent assessment is carried out by the Royal Committee for Technological Assessment, constituted under Royal Decree R-448/1, which holds no enforcement powers of its own: it conducts the testing and publishes the findings on which the Ministry acts.
Every deployment is filed with the Committee before entering public service. The Committee sits twice yearly, in spring and in late autumn, the summer session being precluded by the collective recess of administrative services. Each sitting pairs technical testing with process checks covering corpus provenance, traceability between datasets and model versions, evaluation methodology, and the technical robustness of systems already in active service.
Governance and oversightSYLVIA is an evolving national system. We are actively expanding teams in machine learning, computational linguistics, data curation, ethics, infrastructure, and applied research. Contribute to a sovereign AI programme dedicated to precision, public service and long-term national capability.
